Tales from the deep North

I’m going to make a concerted effort to blog regularly.  I know, I’ve said that before, but this time I REALLY–ah, well.  The proof of the pudding is in the eating.  I will do my best to live up to my own expectations.

I wanted to get a couple videos up and figured I may as well say a little something about the show the videos came from.  On Thursday, January 22nd, the Skally Line pulled into the Aster Cafe in its debut performance there.  I know it was a “school night” so it was tough for folks to get down there for a 9-11 p.m. show but we brought out a good crowd, and those of you who did come stayed the whole time.  Thanks a lot for that!  You give us a great chance to get invited back.

Tom and I sure had a blast.  We worked hard adding a couple new songs and making sure the engine was greased and all the chrome polished.  I think you’ll enjoy hearing a taste of it again.  And if you weren’t there, this is what you missed.  Come on out to the next show.
